Reporting directly to the Manager, Contact Centre, and under the guidance of the Team Lead, the successful candidate will provide day to day administrative and data entry support to the Contact Centre while ensuring policies, procedures and standards are met.  This position is responsible for the professional and respectful handling of customer inquiries received through written correspondence and various other administrative tasks forwarded from the Contact Centre Representatives.   



  • Respond efficiently and professionally to written customer service inquiries from internal and external clients
  • Address administrative related requests from various parties, including, but not limited to requests gathered from Customer Service Representatives during client calls
  • Escalate or re-direct applicable administrative tasks to appropriate team members
  • Update required records, tracking documents, statistical reports and provide filing support
  • Process monthly cancellation requests, by providing data entry support and refund processing
  • Monitor incoming faxes and respond or re-direct as appropriate  
  • Provide coverage for front reception as required
  • Adhere to established procedures and strict confidentiality guidelines
  • Work as part of a team under general supervision
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned 


  • Completion of a post-secondary diploma or certificate program in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Preference will be given to those with previous experience in administration within an office environment
  • Demonstrated commitment and passion to excel in the delivery of superior customer service
  • Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Internet, E-mail and Microsoft Office Suite products
  • Ability to fact find, investigate and solve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities and work efficiently with an emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently as well in a team environment with limited supervision
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Availability to work core business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), with a strong commitment to adhering to work schedules
  • The successful candidate may be required to undergo a background check
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada on an unrestricted basis
