We are pleased to inform you that following technical disruptions, your services have been restored, including the Personal Member Portal, and online Personal Health Plan applications.

What Happened

On Tuesday, April 20, 2021, our security team noted unusual network activity and immediately initiated our incident response plan, which included proactively shutting down certain key systems and services. 

We do not take security lightly. We immediately engaged cybersecurity experts to assist us with our investigation, assessment and remediation efforts and to help restore services as quickly and safely as possible.

There is nothing more important to us than maintaining the trust of our members and partners. We are in the process of conducting a comprehensive investigation to determine how the incident occurred and what information could have been affected. You can count on us to continue to provide regular, transparent updates as more information becomes known.

Services have now been restored. Should you need assistance, our support teams can be reached in the following ways:

Personal Plan Members

Group Plan Members

  • Access your plans and submit claims through the Group Member Portal and App experiences

Group Plan Administrators

  • The Group Service Centre team can be reached via phone at 306-667-5861 and groupservicecentre@sk.bluecross.ca
  • You continue to have full access to the Group Admin Portal (GAP), and your Plan Members can access their plans and submit claims through their Group Portal and App experiences
  • If an individual needs to contact their Case Manager, they can reach out to sbcdisabilityinquiry@sk.bluecross.ca

Providers

You continue to have access to your Health Provider Portal.

Group Brokers

Your access to the Group Admin Portal (GAP) is unaffected.

Individual Brokers

Your Broker Portal access and your client's Personal Member Portal access is restored. Your Travel Broker Portal has remained unaffected.
