Your retirement, your way. Designed for individuals aged 50+ who are retiring and leaving group benefits, the Retiree plan offers flexible coverage options to fit your needs. Choose from three coverage levels—Basic, Classic, or Enhanced—across each benefit category and customize your plan with optional add-ons. With up to 36 possible combinations, you can create coverage that works for you. Apply within 90 days of your group coverage ending.
