Virtual care

Coverage provides access to virtual care services through Cleveland Clinic Express Care Online (ECO). ECO connects you and your family with a Cleveland Clinic Canada nurse practitioner to receive a diagnosis and/or prescription for non-emergency medical conditions. Confidential access is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week across Canada, except Quebec.6 You can seek virtual care support as often as needed.
