To support you and our valued plan members through this transition to your new portal, we’ll be providing you with training, communication support, FAQs and instructional guides during and following the webinar.
During this session we’ll cover:
- NEW redesigned Plan Member Portal and App, featuring improved usability, enhanced claims flows, real-time adjudication on 20 lines of benefit for faster plan member claims payment processing, portal and app-enabled travel claims submissions, access to pre-determinations, new DIN and practitioner search functionality, electronic delivery of explanation of benefit statements, enriched in-app communication and more.
- NEW Advisor/Broker Portal, featuring improved usability, expanded self-serve reporting access, new super-user management capabilities, enhanced dashboards, enriched notification centers, document upload capabilities, one login for Group and Individual Brokers, access to commission statements, centralized training resources, and more.
- Communication support for the new Saskatchewan Blue Cross ID Cards being mailed to all plan members in late February, including direct pay drug enhancements for Conversation and Guaranteed Acceptance plan members.
- Product and contract enhancements, effective March 4, 2025.
