Top Questions
  • Do I have to make an appointment to come to your office?

To do our part in limiting the spread of COVID-19, Saskatchewan Blue Cross has temporarily closed our Saskatoon and Regina offices to walk-in traffic.  If you have questions about your benefits give us a call toll-free at 1.800.667.6853 we’ll be happy to help you.

  • How do I add/remove benefits on my personal plan?

Some benefits like dental and travel can be added at any time and others require an application and medical questionnaire. Contact us so we can discuss your options. You can also review the optional benefits online or apply to add benefits.

  • What steps should I take if I require medical attention while travelling?

Experiencing a medical emergency abroad can be stressful. For this reason, Saskatchewan Blue Cross has partnered with CanAssistance, a trusted travel assistance and claims management provider, to ensure our members are well looked after when they fall ill or have an accident outside their home province.
