Nationwide mail delivery is currently delayed due to the postal strike. As a result, you may not receive your renewal notice or other important documents on time. To avoid delays, please ensure you’re registered for the Member Portal and have direct deposit enabled for claims reimbursements and other communications. Our Member Experience Centre will be closing early on Monday, November 17 at 3:00 p.m. We will reopen for in-person service on Tuesday, November 18 at 9:00 a.m. During this time, members can continue to access the Member Portal or use our self-service options online.
