Whether you are a personal member or a group/employer member, we make sure that managing your plan is as easy as possible.

Group/Employer plan members

If you receive your health benefits through a group plan, you can manage many aspects of your plan through the group member portal or our mobile app. If you prefer paper, complete the Employee Change form and return it to your Plan Administrator.

Download the app and use your phone as a virtual ID card, submit claims, find service providers, check your coverage and more.

Contact your Plan Administrator to set up direct deposits to receive reimbursements directly to your bank account.

Personal plan holders

As your life changes you may need to make adjustments to your existing plan. Whether you are getting married or changing jobs, our customer service representatives are ready to help you get the coverage you need for this next phase of your life.

You can use our online form or you can contact us directly to update your basic account information.

You can find the details of your plan, including plan maximums and coverage limitations in your Policy booklet. If you need a new copy of your Policy booklet give us a call and we’ll send you one.

Additional benefits

Because Saskatchewan Blue Cross is a member of the Canadian Association of Blue Cross Plans, we are part of a national discount provider called Blue Advantage®. This added benefit allows members to save on medical, vision care and other products and services provided by health practitioners across Canada.

Just present your Saskatchewan Blue Cross identification card to a participating provider, mention the Blue Advantage® program and get point of sale discounts, regardless of whether the item or service is included in your plan.
