Enhancements to Our Customer Service Technology
On April 13, 2015 Saskatchewan Blue Cross will be enhancing the technology in our Contact Centre. You will continue to receive the same high level of service you have become accustomed to when contacting our office, including easy to use menu options and quick answer times (last year over 74% of our calls were answered directly with no hold time). In addition, with these enhancements we will be able to route your inquires more effectively to ensure you will be connected to the Customer Service Representative best able to assist you.
This implementation is another step in our ongoing commitment to improve your member experience.
