With Homewood PulseCheck, users can easily track their mental well-being using a simple slider tool, providing insights into their emotions and trends over time. This data enables Pathfinder to generate personalized, self-guided support and resources tailored to each individual’s needs, accessible directly from their Dashboard.

Dashboard and Pathfinder Journeys 

Homewood Health’s Dashboards serve as personalized hubs, offering individuals a tailored starting point for their well-being journey. Here, users can access guided Pathfinder Journeys, curated resources, PulseCheck recommendations, and counseling services, all customized to their specific needs and preferences.
