- Consult for multiple issues in one appointment
- Receive diagnoses, prescriptions and referrals
- Access lab and imaging requisitions when needed
- Share records with your family doctor for continuity of care
- Connect with mental health support through Homewood Health’s EFAP
Getting Started
Log in to your Member Portal to find your access code under My Coverage. Then:
- Download the free Cleveland Clinic Express Care app
- Register and enter your access code
