Effective June 1, we launched our new Dedicated Service Model for Group Benefits clients. This new approach is designed to make it easier to get the support you need, when you need it.

Each Group Benefits client is now assigned a dedicated Service Specialist. This person becomes their main day-to-day contact.
That means your clients will:
- Work with a familiar contact who understands their plan and needs
- Receive more personalized support
- Get faster answers when questions or issues come up
This approach helps simplify the service experience and builds stronger relationships over time.
