Dedicated Service Model now live for Group Benefits clients
At Saskatchewan Blue Cross, we are focused on making your experience simpler and more personal.
Effective June 1, we launched our new Dedicated Service Model for Group Benefits clients. This model is designed to give plan administrators more direct support and a consistent point of contact.
What this means for you
You are now paired with a dedicated Service Specialist who acts as your main day-to-day contact.
With this model, you will:
- Work with someone who understands your plan and your needs
- Receive more personalized support and training
- Get faster answers when questions or issues come up
Your Dedicated Service Specialist will work closely with you to:
- Support the day-to-day administration of your benefits plan
- Coordinate service requests
- Help ensure you receive timely and consistent support
