This edition focuses on breaking the cycle of doomscrolling, perfectionism and mental health. It’s easy to get caught in a cycle of scrolling, comparing and trying to keep up. News updates, social media feeds and online pressure can make it feel like you always need to know more, do more or be more. Over time, this can affect mental health by increasing worry, stress, causing sleep problems, self-criticism and burnout.
This toolkit includes:

- Homewood Health Employee Life Line: balance in a digital world, including tips to manage screen time and protect well-being
- A curated selection of podcast, video and app-based resources to help members understand doomscrolling, take tech breaks and build healthier online habits
- A templated email you can share directly with your members
