New member cards that are requested through the member portal will be automatically mailed to you directly.
Nationwide mail delivery is currently delayed due to the postal strike. As a result, you may not receive your renewal notice or other important documents on time. To avoid delays, please ensure you’re registered for the Member Portal and have direct deposit enabled for claims reimbursements and other communications.
