What is EFAP and IAP?
The Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) and Individual Assistance Program (IAP) are powered by Homewood Health and are included for all eligible Saskatchewan Blue Cross members and their dependents.
These programs provide short-term, solution-focused counselling, coaching and digital cognitive behavioural therapy for stress, anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship concerns.
How do I access these services?
You can access these services through the Member Portal or app and select IAP or EFAP (depending on your plan and benefits) under the “My Coverage” section of the portal.
There are multiple ways to access Homewood Health mental wellness supports, such as video, in-person, phone, chat, or private messaging. Additionally, Homewood Health offers LifeSmart Coaching for everyday challenges (such as finances, family care, nutrition) and is culturally inclusive, including Elders and Traditional Healers.
