If I send a document by mail/fax/in person, will it show in my Document History on the portal?
Only documents that are received through the member portal will appear in the Document History section of the member portal.
Nationwide mail delivery is currently delayed due to the postal strike. As a result, you may not receive your renewal notice or other important documents on time. To avoid delays, please ensure you’re registered for the Member Portal and have direct deposit enabled for claims reimbursements and other communications.
