You can file a claim directly with Blue Cross Travel Assistance — they’ll guide you through each step of the process and the documentation required. You will have two options for submitting a claim: 

1. Online: Complete the secure online claim form available through the Saskatchewan Blue Cross website or directly from Customer Space.
2. Paper form: Download, print, and mail the claim form along with supporting documents if they prefer to submit by mail. Blue Cross Travel Assistance will review the claim and contact the member if additional information is needed.
