Blueprint to Wellness: Season 2 – May 2026

To help you continue delivering meaningful support to your members, we are pleased to share the latest edition of our Blueprint to Wellness. Each month, these toolkits provide practical, ready-to-use resources that help your members strengthen their overall well-being.

This edition focuses on Navigating menopause and mental health. Menopause can affect more than your body. It can influence mood, sleep, concentration and stress levels in ways that feel unfamiliar or overwhelming. Shifts in hormones, life demands and ongoing symptoms (like hot flashes and disrupted sleep) can all contribute to anxiety, low mood, irritability or feeling “not like yourself.”

This toolkit includes:

  • A 7-day tracker to help members track mood, sleep and physical symptoms
  • A Homewood Health Employee Life Line support for mental well-being through menopause
  • A curated set of video, app and web-based resources with ways to navigate menopause.
  • A templated email you can share directly with your members
