These brief sessions are designed to fit into a busy workday and focus on practical strategies participants can use right away. One webinar is an exclusive benefit for Members and the other is open to the public.
Member-exclusive webinar: Preventing burnout
Burnout is one of the most common challenges facing today’s workforce. This member-only webinar focuses on early awareness and simple ways to protect long-term well-being.

Length: 30 minutes
Participants will learn:
- How to recognize early signs of burnout
- Common factors that contribute to burnout
- Simple and sustainable habits that support day-to-day well-being
This session is available exclusively to Saskatchewan Blue Cross members. After registering participants will receive a personal calendar invite and unique join link. For privacy and access reasons this link should not be shared.
Public webinar: Stretch and soothe
Physical tension and stress often go hand in hand. This public webinar offers practical guidance to help people feel more comfortable during their day especially for those who spend long hours sitting or working at a computer.
Date: Wednesday, June 17
Time: 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Length: 30 minutes
Participants will learn:
- How anxiety and tension can show up physically
- Simple stretches to ease tightness in the shoulders jaw and neck
- Gentle breathwork techniques to help release built-up tension
This session is open to anyone and focuses on easy techniques that can be done at work or at home with no special equipment required.
A simple way to support well-being
